“I am very disapointed Hotels.com, how do you recoment such hotel as 4 star hotel? Hotel room was very dirty and smelly. That was my worst memory in my life...”

“너무 저렴한 가격에 처음엔 망설였으나 결론적으로 호감이 가는 정말 잘 선택했다고 느꼈던 호텔 이었음. 시설이 크거나 일류는 아니나 작지만 깨끗하고 호감이 가는 호텔임. 성인 3명에 무료주차 공간이 제공되는 호텔을 찾다가 가장 저렴하게 나온 호텔이라 처음엔 망설였으나, 우선 충분한 무료 주차공간이 제공되어 만족했고 (어떤 호텔은 무료주차 공간 제공으로 나오나 막상 가 보면 자리가 부족하여 주차공간이 없는 경우도 있음), 호텔시설도 작지만 깨끗하고 방의 난방도 잘 나옴. 외관도 깨끗하며 단정하고 호텔 직원들도 친절함. 맨체스터 외곽에 위치한 호텔로 시내 중심가나 축구장 등과는 거리가 좀 멀고 주변엔 특별한 볼거리나 상점등은 없으며, 대중 교통은 이용해 보지 못했지만, 만약 렌터카를 이용하고 저렴한 호텔을 찾는 가족 여행객이라면 추천할 만한 호텔임.”

“This is the third time I stayed at the Smokies Park hotel. I enjoyed the quiet surroundings and friendly services in particular. Without a doubt, breakfast and dining is superb. Only thing they could improve is the shower tab. Not enough water pressure in the morning.”

“It definitely had the old English charm that I was looking for. My room overlooked the waterway which was nice. There’s a Costco close enough to get anything you might have forgotten. The pub next door served the complementary breakfast and other meals throughout the day. On Friday night they had live entertainment which was very nice.”

“Room was very small, and the light in the bathroom were kind of dark small but people at the hotel were very nice and distance from the station was very close. Especially I liked the breakfast. Restaurant was small, but they got a menu and served fantastic dish.”

Food was very good,staff were friendly and attentive,rooms clean and warm with nice fittings and drinks at the bar reasonably priced. “Our guests arrived after a 5 hour journey and they called the two contact numbers, one mobile was disconnected and the other rang out, the two email addresses also did not get any answers. The actual address is a new housing estate still closed off as a building site so we believe this property is a scam. If you look at the pictures there is no outside photos of the building and the two bathroom photos show different decoration and the toilet and sink are in different positions. Now we need to...

“Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, fresh fruit, cereals, and a hot cooked breakfast. The only negative, we had to pay for parking, we booked on Expedia and it was advertised as parking available, no mention of having to pay. We will use this hotel again but will book directly through the hotel website. ( cheaper too )”

“You know i can tell you about the stay but in fact THERE WAS NO STAY. the property is a SCAM. I knocked at the door multiple times and nobody answered, i was left no instructions to even access the property either. So when i applied for a refund i was refused and left no answer. The owner wouldn’t even pick up the phone. It’s an absolute disgrace that i’ve lost the money aswell as a university student it’s just sad. Never ever visit this place as it’s actually shocking ”
