“Great stay”

“Absolutely will not be back to this property, as a frequent Hilton Rewards member this experience has been the worst. Our room at no hot water for 24hrs with the engineer saying just let it run. The next day I requested a new room, which was accommodated yet the room was dirty and housekeeping refused to clean it as she stated “she already cleaned it” but offered the cleaning towels and spray for us to clean ourselves. Shower light was broken and key pad battery died leaving us to wait yet again...

“The hotel has a Great location and the staff is kind. However there were somethings that we didnt like: The bathroom floor had its joints dirty and it didnt feel as clean and neat as we are used to. The room’s view was not as we expected. The beds and pillows were not comfortable enough. We were 4 people and only had 2 towels and had to go downstairs to the front office for the other two. What we liked the most was its location: less than 5 minutes drive to the cruise port and to T Mobile...
