Very attentive and diligent staff. Excellent facilities for enjoying the weekend with family at the hotel pool area, while still having your own fully equipped flat that feels like home. For larger groups, it's an ideal choice because you have your own space to cook, watch a movie, and even do laundry, while still enjoying the hotel amenities.

We had an amazing stay at NOA! The space was spotless, beautifully designed, and looked exactly like the photos. It was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great trip. The location was perfect, right off Loíza Street, within walking distance of tons of incredible restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife, and only about an 8-minute walk to the beach. We stayed here for a quick 4 night get away. We have many travels under our belt, and must say this resort was in our top 5. We usually stay at 5 star hotels from Tahiti to Ireland, and several caribbean islands and Mexico. The place is very nice and always clean. The location is the best for me. Walk to downtown old San Juan or get a cab. Condado, one of the best place in Puerto Rico. I have been visiting for over 20 years.

The property was beautiful and the room staff was attentive But the restaurant staff some of them were terrible. I felt like they treated us poorly because we were black even though we were very professional. Celebrating Birthdays and graduations.
