“This was a beautiful hotel decorated in oid world charm. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and well maintained. The hotel was in a convenient location to Johnson and Wales and the downtown area. Nice place for a visit to Providence.”

“I checked in to this hotel on July 4th. I had clearly reserved a room with one king bed through Expedia, but was given a room with two queen beds instead. This was the hotel's mistake, not mine.
