"the staff was friendly, the room clean but generic.. bathroom somewhat outdated but ok View of harbor spectacular, had a frig and Keurig in the room plus an iron and ironing board. but no safe. Bed very comfortable, Air conditioning worked well. No room service but had restaurant on the property. Parking lot at the hotel and location right on the harbor and convenient to shops and restaurants. Only complaint would be the tv.. very limited shows, mostly local stations.. no cable news or shows.. an old hotel and a little tired but All in all , a good value for the money. Great location!"

"Staff was very cordial. Room was comfortable. Bathroom tub was not handicap assessable. However was a sauna tub if this is important for your stay. We were in walking distance to Thames Street. There is no room service during your stay. Our stay suited our needs."

"Tim at the front desk was excellent. He gave us lots of great information about sites to visit in Newport. Paula was excellent as well. She moved us quickly from room 200 which has a lot of street noise and was also great to work with."
