This apartment was booked on another platform. We left earlier than scheduled,because we didn’t like the place . “Friendly staff, lovely period building with great spa and pool ”

“Reception staff looked after our luggage as we came on the train a couple hours before check in. Staff were nice and friendly. Stayed in 412 only issue was very squeaky floorboard as u walked in and out of the bathroom presume it would be heard in room below. ”

“We booked the rooms to be close to the hopsital. Perfect location for visiting family Confy beds, Just not enough towels in the family room, Had to get a extra towel out of a relatives room Other than that, it was a comfortable stay”

“This was our first stay at an Ibis hotel, I didn't expect much for the price, we did just want cheap & cheerful/a bed for the night however the room was SO basic and quite dated. The TV worked on the first few channels but anything else took so long to load, we gave up. Neither of the two bedside lights worked, the lamp on the worktop also didn't work (even checked it was turned on at the plug). “Our first impresdion of the reception area was WOW. Beautiful venue with breathtaking grounds. Lovely sun terraces and fantastic restaurant with amazing food. Would recommend. We had an evening meal which was superb and Breakfast was great too. Spa area small but nice enough for a relaxing dip in the pool and steam room, sauna and very small gym but enough for me. My only disappointment was that our room was a club room and accessed via a path to an annexe which did not have the same WOW factor...
