“The room was okay overall, and the staff was fantastic! The breakfast buffet was pretty typical of what you’d expect at a hotel. Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub were both ice cold, and there was some grime around the top of both. The shower also wasn’t the best, and the hot water ran out pretty quickly. The hotel was very busy, which was understandable given that it’s a convention center. Despite some of the issues with the amenities, the staff was great and definitely a highlight of our...

“Great”

“Pool was under construction and looked very unclean. Beds were comfortable. Shower had good water pressure. Overall pretty good stay.”

“Staff was great. The "room" was the size of an apartment which was great for the 6 of us. We had so much space. Easy Check in. We didn't know how to check out as the office was closed. Other than that, it was great and we will be back!”

“Our room was clean, there was nothing exceptional about this property.”

“New”

“The single king room was spacious and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay while in Topeka. Excellent location for downtown activities.”

“Clean and updated rooms. Staff was friendly and approachable. Next to restaurants and movie theatre.”

“Very helpful staff, couldn't get my room door open when we checked in @10pm. The counter guy came back up with me and made sure I could get my door to my room open.”

“The room was in poor condition and the floor wasn't clean. We left without spending the night. As we were leaving, in early evening, a housekeeper was mopping the hallway, making it so wet that I slipped, nearly falling, after she told me that it was OK for walking on it. The woman at the front desk was friendly.”

“good breakfast with a selection of sweet and savory items. good coffee and very clean, organized eating area. would definitely keep this brand top of list for future stays.”

“The motel was being remodeled and had furniture in the hall ways. The door to our room did not fit, the heater didn't work. (The manager did bring in a space heater.) The electrical plug near the front door and sink did not work. The smoke detector was in a drawn. The breakfast was less than average with two of the juice machines not working. The ice machine didn't work but was fixed later. Rust was seen in the bathroom.”

“The staff was nice and gave me magnets to show I had pets with me to put outside my door and it was clean and nice room!”
