“Wonderful stay! Beautiful atmosphere, romantic setting, and a great experience overall. We really enjoyed our getaway and would definitely come back!”

“Look, you get what you pay for... this place was not worth quite that. The room was OK (e.g., bed and chairs) but that was about it. The TV had 4 channels (only) that pixelated/froze every few seconds, The plumbing needs a lot of work, The room does not have "heating controls" - but rather just a knob that turns the (loud) heater on or off... The walls are thin enough that I could hear conversations from 2-3 rooms away... My overall review... Ouch.”

“Great property with great staff! Hop is super amazing and helpful and both Joe and Joe jr were nice and courteous as well. Another lady whom I didn’t get her name was also super lovely. Two beautiful horses on the property along with an indoor pool, hot tub, fire pit area and trails makes it a truly convenient enjoyable stay. Highly recommend and will return!”

“Wonderful property and very nice owners. Located within easy driving distance for dining, hiking and other activities. Breakfast was great. On our final day we needed to leave early and were given to go breakfast. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend. Attention to detail was excellent.”

“The staff was great and super helpful!”

“Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our stay. The property felt dated and run-down, and the cleanliness was below what we expected. It needs a thorough cleaning and better upkeep. Based on our experience, we would not choose to stay here again.”

“Large living area and kitchen. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.”

“Looks like the only game in town…nice breakfast, helpful staff and ample parking”

“The inn is very charming on the outside and the grounds were very pretty in the fall. The inside is starting to look a bit run down. Our room was very small and also in need of a refresh. I expect more from a room when I’m paying $450 a night. The food was just ok. The decorations for Halloween, specifically the carved pumpkins were impressive. Overall I was a bit disappointed and I think it is way overpriced for what you are getting.”

“Perfect stay! Bed was fantastic It is all renovated and so clean”

“Excellent property. Great location. Clean room. Friendly stuff. Homey feel.”

“Booking through Expedia, we were given a room at the end of the hallway where the laundry was piled up, felt like an extra room squeezed in.. very small. There was no thermostat and the space heater was cold upon arrival. The bed and the tiny bathroom / shower stall were clean. Hot water was available in the morning but not at night. The inadequacies of booking through Expedia used to be a running joke but tolerable. It's getting a little out of hand.”

“Staff was good. Things need maintenance in the room. The driveway is in bad shape.”

“Quaint, quiet, clean room, beautiful view, and friendly staff. Restaurant food was great.”

“Adorable little out-of-the-way resort with heated indoor pool and hot tub. Our apartment had an upstairs in a downstairs with a full kitchen and two spacious bedrooms, each with their own full bath. We even had a hot tub and a sauna! Super clean and super adorable. Perfect for visiting our daughter at Binghamton University. It was a little out-of-the-way, but well worth the travel.”

“The whole experience was bad. First, when I arrived, none of the doors would work with the codes. Then the host told me to try the back door of one of the units and the entire door frame was filled with black large flies all over it, and there was a stench of death. Then they told me to try the back door of another unit. I took one step in and realized there was a hole in the floor that was covered by a rug. I’m thankful I didn’t fall through as I just recently had a hip replacement. Thankfully,...
