"Newly renovated, clean, easy self check in, and great location!"

"My room was clean and comfortable. I slept good, better then other hotels I’ve stayed at. The noise level at night was very minimal, just a train at 2:30am one of the three nights I stayed, he blew his whistle because they had a road crossing by there. Didn’t hear much noise through the walls, there were people above me and each side of me. The shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water and the toilet flushed real good. I had a king bed and it was comfortable, no sag in it. The place was on the older side but it was kept up. The TV remote was easy to figure out and use, unlike some hotels that you can’t hardly use because you can’t figure it out. I had a good stay here and would stay again. There is plenty of parking. The staff was helpful as I requested a ground level room because I have a bad knee and can’t walk up and down stairs, there’s no elevator, and they got me at ground level. "We LOVED the modern clean aesthetic and convenience to Mount Snow. Definitely one of the nicest places in the area and we’ve seen a lot. We arrived late but check in was super easy. We will definitely return!"

"Don’t let the outside fool you, the inside is beautifully done…very modern, and high quality. The outside is a rather dreary dark gray. They really should paint the window frames a nice bold color to make it more appealing. We booked room #8 for the king bed and deck. The deck was WAY bigger than website photos showed. Conversely, the bathroom in that particular room is very small. We popped into a different room for a peek because the door was open…room #13, and it had a huge bathroom, with 2 queen beds, no deck. I’d advise calling ahead if you’re a large person to make sure you get a good size bathroom. The manager was VERY nice. Even brought us a deck umbrella when he saw us sitting in the the shady side. We will definitely return! We had a wonderful weekend."

" When we arrived at the hotel, the area was indeed full of homeless people. We decided not to stay, canceled our reservation, and left. We contacted Expedia, and they reached out to the hotel and processed a refund for us."
