“I found that the room was a little bit cold. Except for that, everything was fine. Staffs were kind, room was clean and quiet (although I could slightly hear the guy in the next room sneezing), breakfast was acceptable.”

“From the moment you walk in you are greeted by a friendly staff who make it clear that you having a good time is their primary purpose. I just had to ask and a microwave was provided for our room. The rooms are bright and comfortable, and each closet comes with a walking stick for hiking on the fabulous trails in the area, a yoga mat and bath towels. Such a treat!”

“We had an excellent off-season stay here. The staff are all super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, with very comfortable beds. The whole property is friendly to dogs on leashes(except possibly inside The Red Slate Restaurant). We stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful time exploring nearby Manchester, Londonderry, and Dorset. The Red Slate had an excellent menu and we ate there for 2 dinners and breakfasts (reservations on Open Table Suggested). The bar...

“Not my first stay here. Beautiful room, very clean and comfortable. Only a 3 min drive into the town center but far enough out to be incredibly peaceful. Gorgeous views from all parts of the property. I got to check in 3 hours early unannounced. Would highly recommend ”

“We enjoy non-chain hotels. We are low-fuss people. The Hill Farm Inn is a beautiful property with comfortable public rooms and cozy private rooms. The receptionist was pleasant and friendly and helpful. We like that it is away from town and shops and busy roads. ”

“Amazing! Cannot get a better location! So close to everything! Quick walk to village shops and slopes. Very clean. Lots more room than I was expecting for two big 17 year old boys and parents. Kids had their own bedroom, bathroom and storage area on main floor, adult had master suite with own bathroom upstairs. Plenty of room in kitchen and family room. The only complaint is that hotels hot tubs and pool were over run with too many little kids. ”
