“I found that the room was a little bit cold. Except for that, everything was fine. Staffs were kind, room was clean and quiet (although I could slightly hear the guy in the next room sneezing), breakfast was acceptable.”

“Our room smelled like mold, likely because there was a lot of rotting and what looked like mold in the bathroom. The carpets themselves needed to be replaced as they had a musty smell likely from too much moisture or spills. This hotel really needs a lot of work to make it feel inviting. Any fixes that were implemented in our room looked like bad work, with sink faucets being very strangely set up, lots of random cracks and peeling paint throughout as well. I would not recommend anyone staying...

“Housekeeping was way too loud in the hall. Early morning and there was banging and loud walkie talkies we could hear in our room.”

“I am disgusted by the behavior of the general manager who hung up the phone on me. I paid for my room in FULL for 2 nights but when I arrived the next day (flight was delayed) I was told I couldn’t check in because they had cancelled my room (kept my money) and sold my room to another guest So that means they got to benefit TWICE from one room Cancelled my room and left me stranded with nowhere to stay And when asked for my money back on the phone with manager, she hung up the phone on me...

“I was thrilled with the location. Very short walk into town, and had plenty of parking. Checking in was a breeze by just using codes to the doors. My first impression walking into the building was that it smelled VERY clean. My room was spotless, bright and charming. I stayed in Room #8, and it was the perfect size for a single or a couple. The ONLY thing I wish it had was a blow dryer, but that is a VERY minor mark. 5 stars all around, and will stay here again!”

“Very convenient to Mount Snow and we loved the plentiful cozy places to sit and read or interact with other guests. The bed was comfortable, and the shared kitchen space was very well stocked and clean. We will definitely stay again!”

“Hotel house keeping did not clean our room. When we told other workers that the house keeping did not clean our room,they said it they don't know and didn't clean our room. Also the room next to ours was so loud singing, talking loudly all night and the room service could not do things to stop their noise. Finally, when we are cheking out they charged more money then it was supposed to.”

“The continental breakfast was good - a variety of fresh baked goods, yogurts, fresh fruits, granola, teas, and the coffee was excellent! It would have been nice to enjoy a hot breakfast on the cold and gloomy morning that we were there, though. We enjoyed meeting our friendly host, Joe, and had a nice conversation with him as he explained the history of the property and some future kitchen renovations he has in the works. Parking was no problem - plenty of space, well-lit, felt absloutely...

“Excellent basic comfortable hotel room. There is a fridge and microwave, the hotel was quiet, and the staff were courteous. Everything was very clean. Location is convenient. Highly recommended!”

“So, we have been going to the Claremont Motor Lodge for several years now. We really like the location as it's quite close to Weathersfield, VT. The rooms are clean, but somewhat small. Privacy during the warmer months can be challenging due to your motor lodge neighbors sitting out in front near your room. Management just began having free coffee in the lobby from 7-9am. Wish that it could be 6 or 6:30 am since we are early risers. All in all, a comfortable stay for the price.”
