Disney's Maingate East, Orlando hotel rooms at the Best Western

"The staff allowed me to check in very early since we just arrived from a Disney Cruise from the east coast. They also allowed a late check out due to an illness from a family member at another Hotel. Clean rooms and plenty to do here!"

"Absolutely loved our stay! Visited during cheer competition weekend. The room was spacious, updated, clean and quiet. It was such a relief to have this space with myself and 2 kids. We are locals to Tampa Bay and will definitely be back!!"

"The property appears to be recently redone with newly painted walkways and building. The parking lot is newly resurfaced and each room is tidy and well supplied. The pool was nice and clean. Each room has southern shutters instead of curtains giving an upscale touch."

"This hotel is extremely dated and unfortunately the walls are so thin you can hear absolutely everything — sneezes, bathroom trips, and full conversations from neighboring rooms. It made the stay feel anything but private (and also made us very aware they could probably hear us too). When we arrived there was a car parked next to us with bullet holes and blown-out windows, which didn’t exactly create the most welcoming or safe first impression. We asked about a refund but since we booked through Expedia we were told that would likely be difficult. To the hotel’s credit, they did upgrade us to another room, which we appreciated. However, the upgraded room still had issues — the bathtub didn’t drain and the water had a pretty unpleasant smell, which made showering less than ideal. The one real upside was having a full kitchen, which was convenient and probably the best feature of the stay. Overall, we appreciated the staff attempting to help by moving us rooms, but the property itself feels very worn down and could really benefit from some serious updates and maintenance."

"This Hotel is good located in a Safe Area! Around you can find restaurants, cafeterias, and Disney gift Shops and is close to Disney atractionsace; It is great to childrens and they have a No Smoke and Vape Policy! "

"Bathroom was clean. Toilet paper dispenser was loose, coming off the wall. There was small amount of rubbish underneath the bed. "

"Location of certain property areas was tough to understand even with the map. The Starbucks was just opening and a few of the items were unavailable but they did their best to fulfill our wishes."
