Disney's Maingate East, Orlando hotel rooms at the Country Hearth Inn

"The night we arrived, we were extremely disappointed. The room was terrible but the following day Veronica C reached out to us to see how our stay was. We expressed our disappointment and she was kind enough to change our room to a cleaner and more updated room. I have to express our gratitude to Veronica C and Veronica L for making that second night a much more pleasant experience. Those ladies did all they could to make up for that unpleasant first night. They are extremely good for customer service and we want to say a big thank you to both of them. I cannot comment on the amenities because we did not use any of them. We are hoping that in the near future, all the rooms and bedrooms will be as updated as the one we were moved to. "

"Check-in was good, but room number was confusing. Never explained I had to go into the room to find room A, B, C etc. pickup service is a joke, do yourself a favor and just uber! Way less frustrating and quicker! "

"The worst disappointment of my life. The dirtiest room I've ever seen in my life, lack of maintenance, cleaning, bad smell. Bad place. I can't say that my opinion is the best because I booked all rooms and none of the three were the same. And all very bad. And very deteriorated"

"staff was good.....room had no cups,no glasses,no tissus...ect...the furniture handles to cabinets where broken and just hanging.....for the price its ok....but the pictures on the site are better than the reality....last comment , the free breakfast is more like running a gauntlet"
