"Customer service at the front desk was great, she had a great personality to represent your company at first impression, the room was clean, but the shower had extremely low water pressure, you had to be directly under the shower head to wash yourself. Since it was already hours into being in the room, we did not want to change rooms since it was only one night.
For it being a pet friendly hotel, it was quiet and very clean.
For our room being “smoke free” our room completely smelt like cigarettes, yet it’s understandable to an extent because obviously others rooms are smoking rooms, even though ours was not it would have been a much better stay if the whole room didn’t smell like cigarettes."
