"Wife came up for a surgery at mayo when she was released from hospital she needed a handicap accessible bathroom which i didnt think about in my original booking the manager made phone calls to other people who booked them rooms and was able to get us in one! They went above and beyond!"

Everything that I forgot and needed was given to my when I asked without complaint. I loved the room, I loved the color scheme of the hotel as well as the staff. The only thing is there could have been a better breakfast selection... but I will always get a room here when I come. Candy I will see you in June when I come back!!! "

"Our stays with the Kahler Grand were tied to medical procedures at the Mayo Clinic. The staff understands Mayo is the reason the majority of guests are in Rochester. Everyone is kind, warm, and respectful. My husband and I want to acknowledge Salma who helped us extend our stay after our flight was cancelled last minute. She was both empathetic and professional. The hotel is above an easily accessed underground tunnel system of shops, restaurants, and connections to Mayo and other hospital building shuttle stops."
