“Worst accommodation ever!!! I have travelled many countries and experienced many accommodations. I wonder how come HOTEL.COM has unqualified accommodation such as MORRIS GUEST HOUSE. I can give point 1 out of 5, I can give point 1 out of 10, I can give point 1 out of 100. Staying at MORRIS GUEST HOUSE ruined my entire trip in NYC and USA. 1. It is guest house. It must have kind of kitchen equipment. BUT, there was only a microwave. NO electric kettle. NO gas range etc. You...

“We stayed in the first floor suite with the private bathroom and it was great. The building was built in 1910 so it’s like living in a small apartment in Chelsea a block from Penn Station. It is quiet, clean and has the basic amenities you’ll need. I would suggest bringing extra pillows or towels (we bought some at Macy’s) but the bed was comfortable. “Horrible. When we got there day of for our booking. They didn’t send us a code for the door and we were locked out for hours. It took the neighbors to contact them for them to call us and tell us that our side lost power in the morning yet they didn’t want to message us and let us know before hand and wasted our time.
