"Perfect location! Couldn’t have been nicer inside & affordable for my weekend stay for a graduation event! Close to subway & walking everywhere. Appreciated the overnight security person in the building at night & the elevator for my bags. And the tip for storing luggage at a Bounce app managed location around the corner at Heavenly Deli worked perfectly to bridge the time gap between checkout & leaving the city. Would definitely stay again!"

"The room was just ok, but in an ideal location for touristy things near Times Square, Theater District, and subways. Keep in mind this area is noisy at night. Really small. When you wash your hands, the toilet seat gets splashed from how close they are to each other. Only one person fits in most areas of the room at one time. No ice buckets to keep drinks cold and one working water station in the gym. The front desk and housekeeping buttons on the phone don’t get answered. I was told after I walked to the front desk to dial 0 instead."

"the hotel is very convenient, everything is walkable distance if not, there is the subway like 0.2 miles from the hotel. the cookies were a great touch. You can get free hot water from the lobby convenient store (is that what is it called?) but then when you press for hot water, it will tell you that it will charge 2 dollars (I think) but actually there is no charge. I feel like there should be a sign specifically says that you can get hot water for free, so there is no confusions."

"When arriving before check in time, staff was helpful with checking our bags so that we could explore the city and come back. When arriving at check in time, the room type we booked was not ready, so we opted for a double that was ready. Room was dirty, shower was smaller than a cruise line shower, mold, etc. Window shade didn't work, and it wasn't until last day that we realized our window had been open the whole time. Carpets filthy everywhere, especially in lobby seating area. Elevator buttons sticky, wouldn't light up in hallway so no clue if you called the elevator or what direction it was going. Ice machine broken. The only positive was the location; right across from Carnegie Hall, near 57th street subway stop. I would not stay here again, simply for the cleanliness/maintenance issues. Front desk staff friendly."

"The location was great, the air conditioning was set at 70 unable to go any cooler for the cost it was uncomfortable warm in the room we were in the 22nd floor. Sleep was nit good due to the warmth of the room, was glad we only was there for one night, will not again the in summer months."
