“Great location and staff are amazing. The couch was a bit uncomfortable and the TV would not stay off (we'd turn it off and it would come back on about 30 minutes later). Overall, great place to stay and the bed was very comfortable.”

“The pool service was immaculate. The water was well maintained, and the lighting adds pleasant experience. The complementary breakfast was quite to my liking as well, since they were hand-made by an excellent chef.(Especially the beans!)”

“The beds were so hard we couldn't sleep and we had a three nights stay for my son's wedding. Worst night sleep of my life. Although the rooms were clean the outside of the grounds was terribly dirty. The elevator, the walk ways, walls in hotel room were marginal. Would never stay here again. The desk clerk was very kind but they never released my credit card for three days past when I checked out.”

“투베드 2박을 예약했었습니다. 체크인 시 키를 받아 방에 들어가니 침대가 하나 뿐인 방이었습니다. 다시 카지노 건물의 체크인 하는 곳으로 가서 문제를 제기하니 죄송하다며 다른 방 키를 주었습니다. 받아서 다시 호텔 건물로 와서 문을 열어 보니 침대는 두 개인데 다른 사람의 짐이 들어 있더군요. 황당하고 화가 났습니다. 다시 카지노 건물로 가서 항의하니 착오로 방이 바뀌었다며, 그 방에 들어”

“I like that you didn’t really need to go anywhere else. You can find everything you needed in one area from something to eat something at the gift store and of course the casino itself.”

“방이 상당히 깨끗하고 넓고 좋음. 미국의 숙소에서 좋은 기억이 별로 없었는데, 아주 맘에 들었음. 아침 식사도 종류가 크게 변하진 않지만 충분히 즐길만한 음식. 가득히 눈내릴 때 오두막에서 벽난로 키고 있는게 참 기분 좋음. 주변과 떨어져 있어서 이동이 어려움. 타호씨티와 주변 스키장까지 무료 셔틀이 제공된다고 하는데, 프론트에 부탁해서 제공받아야 하고 그것도 안되는 경우가 종종 있음. 택시를 불러주지만 비쌈. ”
