“Absolutely fab stay. Maybe a bit more expensive than it should be for what’s offered. Room was bigger than expected and very clean. Wardrobe was small but it did the job for one night. Lighting was quite poor for getting ready and the vanity mirror is far too high to be useful. Bathroom was small but the shower was big and very good pressure. Basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel) are provided. Tea and coffee also provided in the room. No parking on-site but there is a car park...

“Excellent check-in by Dale. Very helpful and friendly. Lovely room. Clean and comfortable. Great view from the window. Hotel situation is perfect. Close to museums, shops, Ship and station. Breakfast is fantastic. Kerry very helpful.”

“This hotel is ideally placed if you are visiting either football grounds. The staff were aproachable, friendly and always had a smile. Breakfast was good. The only downside was scrambled egg using powdered egg. My room was clean and bright. I really enjoyed my stay.”

“Not close to much the exception of a coffee house and if you just looking for a place to lay your head down I guess that would be okay.”

“Room was comfortable and the pub downstairs had great food and drinks choices and staff very friendly. Breakfast was great as well.”

“Everyone was so friendly and helpful .. right from John the owner to Marnie our waitress our first dinner there .. she was excellent!”

“Stay here for the first time last night and would definitely stay again if I was in the area. The staff very friendly, the room clean and the bed very comfortable”

“The Shower was not working and was not fix while we were there.”
