“The property itself is stunning,its oldy meets new loved it so beautiful,staff are amazing,especially the young girl who took our dinner order,she was so polite and lovely,I didn't get her name. Morning breakfast full breaky not a fan,should have stuck to the scrambled egg which hubby had and really enjoyed,the young lad Josh was so nice very friendly and funny.😁would definitely recommend this beautiful castle(hotel)to anyone whose thinking of booking.”

The owners are wonderful people who prepared a 5-star breakfast for our family and complemented it with friendly conversation. Overall, it's a great place for people who want to escape soulless hotel chains and create sweet memories.”

“Breakfast Staff”

“Convenient location. Our room was clean and comfortable and on the ground floor which was appreciated. Parking onsite. The hotel had great food for dinner, we didn’t try the breakfast. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. There was no fridge in the room which would have been nice as we were travelling and had food with us.”

“The Station House was in many ways ideal. The room was roomy and well furnished, the access to the extra communal room where we could sit and make tea and coffee and keep fresh milk and food in a fridge was excellent. Two small things let it down. The reception was across the road in the associated hotel. Once in the hotel the notice said the reception was upstairs but there was no obvious reception desk up there. I looked around and went in to the bar and no one was behind the bar. It turned...

“Very well located, close to the centre of Killin and the various places of interest. Plenty of parking, quiet setting. Comfortable lounge area, bar and restaurant. Room was well stocked with tea, coffee and water as well as shower wash and hand soap. Evening food has plenty of choice and very good. I would advise booking as the restaurant got really busy when we were there. Good choice of breakfast which was a buffet style. Staff were really good, welcoming and really helpful”

“This is a nice old hotel. They even upgraded our room for no reason. It is an old building, that’s part of the charm, but very well maintained and up to date furnishings. There’s a cozy restaurant down stairs and the grilled fish was very tasty.”

“Charming historic hotel which has very recently been refurbished to a very high standard. The team at the hotel are very friendly and professional and the food is excellent. There are lots of walks around the hotel in the grounds and the lovely town of Callander on the doorstep. Is dog friendly too and highly recommend / also has a link to the Beatles and has a Beatles inspired bistro which is lovely.”
