“Everything was great except the parking. Parking is limited ”

“Concierge was excellent and overall service was very good. Super location and we parked for free which was a treat. The room was spacious and well furnished but it was roasting hot. Two windows but one wouldn't open and the other had a broken catch and wouldn't stay open. We ended up wedging it with our own items. We did report this to reception. Breakfast was good overall but bacon rock hard like leather on the buffet. Everything else was very good and we did enjoy our stay. ”

“Country feel in urban environment. Nice building and room but limited facilities. We only had breakfast but it wasn't exceptional: we had a long delay in it arriving...and cooked breakfast was cold.”

“I liked the TV and WIFI, and the bed was comfortable. I found the shower hard to manage. The room was a bit shabby and the noise from the bar downstairs was loud but it all went quiet at 11 when it closed.”

“Great Location, easy 20 minute walk into Tynemouth and the Metro station and a short walk into Cullercoats. The room was clean and well decorated. Good choice of food and drink and there is a really nice ice cream shop - Cones on site. Although I dont have a dog, I enjoyed seeing the dogs staying in the hotel enjoying their holiday as well”

“The Windsor is in a great location moments from the town centre in one direction and the seafront in the other. The accommodation is basic and a little dated, but decent value for the price we paid. Only problem we had was the lift being out of order and our room was on the 3rd floor. ”
