โWe had an amazing stay, the Old Vine is a beautiful historic building in central Winchester. The room was comfortable and immaculate, the bed was comfortable and the bedding and pillows were great, thebathroom was large and very clean. We had breakfast in our room which was delicious and hot and plentiful. All the staff were great and very attentive.โ
โStayed here prior to our cruise sailing. Walkable to terminal. We were so impressed. Lovely boutique and each room is unique and the attention to detail was superb. Delightful true Southampton feel with high end quality touches. We saw our ship from our window! The bar downstairs was cozy and dinner at the restaurant was a delicious finishing touch to our stay. โ

Il nโy a pas dโascenseur, alors pour un sรฉjour dโune nuit, il faut prรฉvoir un bagage ร mains contenant tout ce qui est essentiel, surtout si notre chambre est au 4e รฉtage. Le personnel est avenant et nous avons trรจs bien mangรฉ au resto (dรฎner et petit-dรฉjeuner). โ
โAn absolutely perfect place to stay! Don't waste time looking anywhere else, it's beautiful here and we honestly hope to stay here again. We had the harbour view room and it's worth staying here for that alone! The staff were really lovely, the breakfast was great and the location is incredible. Nothing bad to say really, definitely my new favourite place! โ
โBeautiful hotel in amazing settings. Our first stay here and we visit the New Forest every year. We wonโt be staying anywhere else in the future. Lovely atmosphere, excellent food and wine, lovely gardens and the service was outstanding. Plus ev charger so we left with a full charge for the next leg of our journey!โ
โMy stay here was an amazing experience. The restaurant offered service on par with what you would expect from a hotel, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and made a lasting impression. While the cleanliness of the room and the lack of transportation options could be considered minor downsides, the room quality was still reasonable given the price. Since I was already aware of the isolated location, it wasn't an issue for me.โ

โWonderfully decorated room. Very fresh and bright. Nicely furnished with a comfy bed also. Shower good. Dinner was all home made and fresh. A wonderful steak and red wine piece of pie. Yummy. Would sure stay again. โ
โThe hotel and the grounds were stunning. Every single member of staff (I talk to everyone) was wonderful; so helpful and friendly. The outdoor heated pool was delightful. No air con or fan in the room wasnโt great but the windows did open wide so that helped, although we were on the ground floor and by the road so cars going past was a bit noisy. Noise from the rooms upstairs was a lot. But, overall, our stay was really lovely and Iโd definitely stay again. โ
โWhat a lovely gem of a place which was so welcoming and provided simply the best breakfast you could wish for. What with their own chicken eggs, sausages and fresh home baked bread, you can't go wrong! Janet is a lovely lady who likes to make you feel very welcome. I will be re visiting for sureโ
