“We had a problem our first night with the shower. The staff were so friendly, helpful and apologetic. Unfortunately they couldn’t fix it and they didn’t have the same or similar room available to move to that would have enough space for all of us…so they put aside a room just two doors down for us to use for showers. Not ideal but they were so accommodating that it really was no issue!

“The location of the house was a short walk from the train station. The neighbourhood felt safe and clean. The house itself was well looked after and clean. Directions to find the house and get in were easy to follow. My room was spacious, airy and the bed was very comfortable. Great value for money, I would stay again! ”
