“Great hotel, location, character, and staff.”

“This hotel was incredible! We celebrated our anniversary with a stay here! The cleanliness level was immaculate and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay feel special—from the welcome message on the room chalkboard, to the complementary goodies and snacks left for us!—these personalized little touches were both generous and attentive. The staff was friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early. The jacuzzi tub was such a cool feature! The movie projector and other automated...

“Front desk is understaffed. There are 6 managers who would not consider getting up and helping customers. Rooms are not cleaned in time, and whenever I asked for anything, they do not have it or cannot provide it. If you need a place there, just stay at Hyatt next door.”

“Just a perfect place to base ourselves for 3 nights. Super comfortable beds, good size room and super helpful staff, The area is full of history and a short stroll to the shopping and dining district . Off street parking was a bonus as was the breakfast. Would definitely stay again”

“The heater/ thermostat was broken, then when it was fixed, it made a loud screaching sound whenever it went on, parking sucked,”

“깔끔하고 방의 컨디션이 좋았습니다. 엘레베이터가 조금 느리고 하나만 운영된다는 점이 조금 불편했지만 전반적으로 만족스러운 숙박업소입니다”

“친절한 직원과 깨끗한 객실과 세련된 방이 아주 좋아요”

“I would say that this hotel is normal. But I would prefer to stay at different hotel next time”

“This was my first time staying at this facility. Getting the key using a code texted to me was hassle free. The room overall was pretty clean/nice. The shower head and pressure was great!! Always a big plus! The bed and pillows were too firm for my liking but I made due. I like where it is located on Monroe Ave. Wifi was easy to access. The heated toilet seat was a bit weird to me, so I turned it off. LOL :P All in all the hotel was better than I expected.”

“Shuttle service to airport as free of charge”

“Très bien situé , très propre”
