“We had a wonderful stay here! Getaway for parents of young kids. The beach is fabulous. Went swimming in the ocean a couple of times. Pool is huge and separated into an activities/louder side, with a quieter part around the corner. Loved being able to go back and forth or choose on the day where we were going to set up. Food was excellent! Highly recommend the Asian and Italian restaurants, but we had great meals at all of them and minimal digestive issues. Didn't do any excursions or take in...

“Honestly this place is the worst place I've been to. You have to wait more than an hour to check-in and once you get to your room, you also have to wait for your luggage to arrive, which took more than an hour. We are sitting there just wasting our time. The staffs are so eager for tips, and their facial expression will change according to the amount of the tip. Do not get a massage or a spa in this hotel. it's not worth it. I couldn't get out of this hotel fast enough. I would never visit...

“Staff is incredible and the entertainment team was a blast! Tons of activities to do during the day and shows at night. Did water aerobics in ocean, dance lessons by pool too. The beautiful grounds were so nice to walk around and fun to see the peacock, ducks, and fish too. Would definitely return!”

“The property landscaping is just beautiful. The shows at the hotel were also good ( 3 nights out of the week were great.) The drinks at the resort were ok and varied greatly based on the bartender. Also, the food was the same almost every day at the buffet, but the Japanese and seafood restaurants were great. The beach was great too ( my favorite!) The food needs to improve and more entertainment for kids would be great. ”

“Great time. Rooms a little hot. All rooms in every building seems to be capped to 75 degrees. ”

“We came here 4 years ago and it used to be such a great resort that we decided to return. However, it Was such a big disappointment. The staff were rude and not friendly. You couldnt even get someone to serve you in the evening at the bar (even though we were tipping a lot each time). The food was so horrible and got food poisoning on 3rd day, food was stale with very limited options. One of the worse vacations thus far despite the large price tag of the trip. Do not recommend at all! ”
