“Ideally placed for the New Forest, Southampton and Bournemouth, we stayed 1 night while visiting the New Forest. We were made to feel welcome, which instantly made us relaxed. The room was clean, well decorated, the bed was comfortable. The bed linen and towels felt luxurious. The weekend breakfast was excellent, we started with fresh fruit and yoghurt (cereals were also on offer) then had a full English which was cooked to perfection using good quality ingredients. ”

“The George Inn was an excellent choice for our first night in England, due to its proximity to Stonehenge and the reasonable cost. All staff were attentive and helpful. Absolutely loved the space, the bedroom was comfortable and clean, and gave a very homey b&b feeling. I took transit and found it fairly straightforward to get to. And its an easy walk to the Tennyson monument! Would definitely recommend!”

“Booked the room for a family event nearby. Were able to check in at 2pm, which was a bonus. Met by the owner who was very friendly and helpful and shown to our room which was very pleasant and clean. A Dyson fan on the room was much appreciated on a very hot day. Comfortable bed, great shower and nice breakfast. No negatives. Would highly recommend.”
