“PROS: The staff were professional and very helpful (Aisha, Anna and Luciano) and did their best. They securely stored my late-arriving luggage (airport delay). CONS: When I retrieved my luggage at about 3:30 AM, there were 3 uniformed Aurora PD talking with Anna at the front desk (they were there because of a loud party and guests who weren't responding). “Great place to stay for woman travelling alone. Felt very safe. Nice and quiet, also. LOVED the full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash AND body lotion provided in the bathroom. Provided a generous free breakfast which was very good. Only down side was extremely limited parking -- but it was free so can't complain. Will definitely consider this my go-to place to stay in Denver!”
