“Nice, homely atmosphere and a very warm welcome. I would definitely book again.”

“Check in was friendly and easy. As rooms go it was a double and a single bed with an ensuite which was ideal for my friend and I who were attending a live gig. It was comfortable enough and if another gig happens in Leicester then I would use Grafton House again as a room only option. We both agreed it was value for money at £51 split between us.”

“Excellent experience. The owner could not have been more friendly and accommodating. The room was snug but welcoming and well appointed and the breakfast experience was really special. We will return as we did not have time to sample the cakes in the tearoom on this occasion and they looked delicious. Would definitely recommend.”

“I arrived having pre-booked on Expedia to be told by the landlord that he does not accept booking any more on this app. The original price was quite reasonable at £50 however he said a room was available with ensuite at £75 which I paid as I had no other options. The room was clean but there was no shower gel or shampoo provided and at £75 I would have expected a breakfast. In fact though, they don't even provide a paid for breakfast which is surprising. ”

“Room was decked with the theme of London which was brilliant including phone box wardrobe and dressing gowns to name a few. Beds comfy, tea,coffee etc available in the room and large bath and shower. Unfortunately weren’t there long enough to sample the food but the menu was extensive and looked amazing. ”

“We found the Fountain a quirky B&B which actually provide breakfast! Our room was a reasonable size with 2 single beds with a view over the fountain. The room was clean and beds comfortable although the stairs up to the room were quite steep and narrow so we left our luggage in the car and only took what was needed for the one night stay. We had trouble with the shower and would rate this as average.”

“Stayed here before a track event at Donington and honestly it is one of the best B&Bs I have ever stayed in. Beverley is a wonderful host and from the moment she greeted us was full of advice, and tips to make our stay more comfortable. The bed was so comfortable I crashed out and didn’t stir at all. As others have stated everywhere was immaculately clean. ”

“The only criticism I could make is that I personally would appreciate the breakfast to be available earlier (08.00 rather than 08.30). apart from that the stay was very good”
