"Room, breakfast and location excellent - can’t fault it. Hotel perhaps a little worn at the edges. Only thing that let it down was the area the bottom of the stairs which we walked down instead of waiting for the lift. We had to walk over broken dirty tiles to get back into Reception. Otherwise faultless and would definitely return."

The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly and professionally. The amenities provided were top-notch, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in both the room and the shared spaces. Overall, I would rate my stay 5 out of 5 stars. I highly recommend Novotel to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay with family. I look forward to returning in the future."
