“Check-in nice and easy. Bed and pillows super comfy. It was like lying on a cloud and being swallowed up! Great selection for food. We had lunch and went with the fish n' chips. Light batter and non greasy and tasted delicious! Great portions! Also had breakfast and again good selection. Service was excellent! Lovely location off the green and a 2min walk to the sea front with lovely shops in between! Stayed here before and would recommended to anyone to stay here!”

“We rarely get a break from our business so we are always so happy to find little gems like the Brocket. We loved the relaxed charm of the whole place. The roads accessing it may be a little windy & tight but Ayot is such a beautiful area it is worth the trip. “Heel hartelijke ontvangst. Geweldig ontbijt (Eggs Royal en Full English). Voetbal (Europa League) voor ons op een Nederlandse club gezet. Lekker eten. Kamer iets aan kleine kant, maar heerlijk stil en mooi ingericht. Parkeren wat lastiger. Je wandelt echter zo de stad in langs de Cam en door een park. Zeker aan te raden.”
