“This place is a keeper! If I had to add anything to make it top notch would be to have screened porches particularly with traveling with animals. Otherwise staff was superb!! Breakfast was fantastic, and our room was very spacious clean and comfortable.”

“Front desk was rather unfriendly and unaccepting, but everything else was great though I would have preferred a curtain over the bathroom window just as peace of mind one truly could not see inside. Air didn't cool the room, but I didn't need it to and stayed comfortable temperature wise. I would stay again. ”

“I loved this hotel , we came to gatlinburg to see the bears and we did at the hotel more than anywhere in the park! Very close to the park and all of the main attractions and restaurants. Perfect place to stay , clean and welcoming. Will book here again without a doubt:) ”
