Two windows facing Grassmarket do not close, the street noise lasted till 3am. Stand lamp does not work. Sleepers had to be requested and paid. Not enough US charging ports. The floor cracks when walking on it.

Great location. Not on The Mile but just off. Lots of pubs and restaurants nearby. Bus stop close and tram a reasonable walk.
