“I chose this hotel despite the crappy reviews only cause I had to arrive at La Paz after 10pm and had to leave early in the morning for an 8am flight. As I was warned, the shower was ice-cold, and so was the room (there was a radiator tho). Not only the discotheque at the 1st floor of this hotel but the neighborhood itself is pretty loud all night. The area didnt look safe at all, but still there were some guys wearing security vests... that escorted me to the reception and to my room. Walls...
