"Feeling bad to pay for the parking"

"I really enjoyed my one night stay at the Hyatt. The room was massive as was the bath (it was handicapped accessible). The common areas are inviting. The downsides were: only one ice machine was working out of three (soccer tournament teams ice chests possible blame), the handicapped shower shot water onto the floor, and I couldn't find a way to prevent it, the breakfast was good but not great. All that said, I would stay there again in a minute. The shuttle to the airport was right on time, attractive fitness center and indoor pool, pleasant breakfast area well attended and was definitely above average with fruit, oatmeal with toppings, waffles, eggs, sausage, muffins, and assorted breads."

"Room was very clean but I reserved a king bed over a month in advanced. They game me a room with 2 queen beds. I called to ask to move and the front desk person said I booked 2 queens even though I was clearly looking at my reservation. She said all king rooms were already booked and there was nothing she could do. The beds were also very soft, almost too soft. And no refrigerators in the room"

"I had prepaid for my stay at this hotel and someone at reception checked someone in under my reservation, apparently their first name was similar to my last name. This mistake was not caught until I arrived at 3:00am and I had to book another reservation and put down an even larger deposit since it was not a prepaid room. I was told the hold would drop off the next day. It didn't and I had a large hold on my card for the entirety of the weekend. Affecting my finances for the rest of the weekend. They offered 2 free "breakfast vouchers" to apologize for their mistake. It was miserable. They kept saying sorry there was nothing they could do. The manager could have cancelled the reservation and rebooked the room with the correct deposit hold amount. I will never stay at this hotel again. Because even though you must provide your ID, if you happen to have a similar name to another guest. There is a huge chance you'll lose your prepaid reservation if there isn't a manager on site to remedy the problem."
