"Room was. not clean properly, checking in was awful paid for pool view went to the room and there was no pool view we went back to the same guy told him that there was no pool view the gentleman said yes it is and if we use the room, I just left you 15 minutes ago really, so he give us a different room and that room was not pool view it was view pool been there for 8 days no one came to clean the room "

"I walked into the room and walked out immediately. There was a damp, sour, moldy, pool water smell that I had a visceral reaction to. I went to the front desk to see if I could change rooms. They were fully booked, so I started the process of working with Expedia to get a refund so I could find different accommodations. The front desk was initially helpful, but when it came time to speak with the Expedia representative he took the call in the back room instead of at the front desk, and I heard him minimize what the smell was and say all I had to do was run the AC. I called him on the dishonesty and he said he would check the room himself. We went to the room together and he again tried to tell me all I had to do was run the AC for a couple hours. That was unacceptable- the AC had already been running and they don't advertise their rooms as "good room, with a smell until you run the AC for a while," nor did I believe that would change anything. Back at the desk he then tried to say that he couldn't authorize it until the manager was there at 7am. I wouldn't be there to advocate for myself and the manager would probably just say the room was fine... 6 hours later (it was 1am at this point). He texted his manager and we were at an impasse until someone called the hotel looking for a room. He sold them my room and at that point the refund was initiated. Cherry on top was seeing a cockroach on the couch in the main lobby. Do not stay here! "

"Was disappointed with the eggs and meat portion of the breakfast. Seems like they’re heated from frozen, not freshly cooked. "

"Most disgusting room I’ve ever been in. Dry Blood and makeup marks on the blankets and pillows then I’m told I can’t have a different blanket since it’s one per bed and no one works here at night so your talking to a kiosk with someone on a video call. The couch had stains all over it and the pillows were yellowish color. Black mold in the bathroom and the entire room smells like mildew. AC filter had an inch of dust on it and stunk. I only slept for 3 hours, the smell in the pillows is nasty and I woke up itchy with bumps and congested. My buddy even said the same thing he felt like he couldn’t breathe in the morning. The only good about this place is the location, close to the highway and Starbucks next door because after seeing inside you wouldn’t want to eat or drink anything in that building. You couldn’t pay me to stay here again. Expedia and all other travel sites need to take this place down. I never had bedbugs but I wouldn’t expect anything less if that’s why I was itchy the next morning and I slept fully covered up in clothes since every layer of sheet and blanket was disgusting it’s too can see in the pictures"

"Great location. Perfect for visiting Cleveland Clinic. Buffett breakfast had everything and good quality. The Buffett staff was very friendly and kept replenishing everything in a timely manner. Everything super clean. Efficient system. The hotel staff friendly, accomodating, efficient front desk and housekeeping. They have special prices for people visiting the Cleveland Clinic. It has a shuttle to the Clinic, the mall and supermarket. The apt. layout convenient plus 2 TVs! We are pleased to recommend this place for any occasion."
