TLH Derwent Hotel - TLH Leisure, Entertainment and Spa Resort

"The resort was beautiful but the Derwent Hotel itself badly needs updating to bring it to the standard of the other 3 hotels. That being said the price paid did reflect this and overall we had an enjoyable visit. The reception staff also need a lesson in customers service a friendly approach works much better."

"Lovely hotel but a few things need sorting out. We had a large crack in the sink, chip on the bath and the carpets need a good clean. Staff and food were excellent. Car parking is difficult as it's on a steep hill and not a lot of room with large cars."

"Set in amazing gardens that run all the way down to the seafront. A unique property that also has a lovely swimming pool and beautiful views. Unfortunately the location and setting of the hotel is better than the rooms themselves, which were tired and basic. I had a view of the wall!!"

"Room was lovely, spacious and clean. Large bathroom. Great sea view. Shame no breakfast option, but wasn't a major issue for us. Hot tub wasn't in use. Didn't use the Outdoor pool but did use the indoor pool which was nice, although the jacuzzi didn't seem to work very well. If we could get the same room then we'd happily stay again."
