"gave my room away a real time killer"

"There was a $10 charge to park that was not disclosed until check in. The outside trash was overflowing onto the ground. An elevator was out of order with no signage. The elevator that worked was extremely dirty, the elevator floor was black and looked like it hadn’t been mopped in a while. The walls around the hotel so dirty in areas they were becoming black. The hotel room floor had stains and the curtains didn’t close all the way defeating the possibility of room darkening. For $10 more I should’ve stayed at the Hilton across the street."

"Our room was spacious and had a great balcony. The breakfast is buffet style with made to order omelette station. The staff were friendly and always helpful. The cable cuts in and out but we didn’t spend a lot of time watching TV so it didn’t bother us."

"Left my vehicle while on a trip and it seemed safe. Well lighted lot backed up to a government facility fence. "

"Most of the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately that is where the positives end. Our room had not ac was extremely hot. Staff did give us a fan to help with the heat which did help and was appreciated. A family was also staying at the hotel at the same time was told there reservations were not on record and they did not have a room for them. They did have proof of reservation and payment which did not help. "

"The sheets were not clean. There was hair (not mine) in the sheets. I was so grossed out I left at 5 am. "

"Nice place with potential. TV would periodically just shut off. Shower gel dispenser as empty. No dispenser for skin lotion (that’s an expected amenity these days). Room was clean. Check in was okay, but desk guy was apparently not happy about something. Breakfast was good. Probably wouldn’t stay there again since there are several options in the same area."
