"The shuttle from the airport at 11pm was both quick and courteous. Rose is always so cheerful as she provides this service. Front desk clerks were friendly and efficient both coming and going. Rooms are always clean and beds super comfortable, but this time we were given an upgrade to a double size room that had a jacuzzi. What a pleasant surprise after a long day of travel."

"Excellent breakfast, different hot and cold options, and tastes really good - perfect early start of the day, especially when you have a long drive ahead. I had a reservation issue where my reservation booked through Expedia didn't show in the Hotel's system for some reason, it was a bit frustrating as I also arrived late at night and just wanted to rest, but Cindy handled this very professionally and, even though it took a bit of time to work through this issue with Expedia support, she followed the process until she was able to check me in successfully. I hope they figure out how to prevent this from happening in the future. But regardless of the situation above, I would still love to stay at this Hotel again, the breakfast was really good and the room was comfy."
