On the first day, there was an accident in which the laundry bag was lost due to an employee's mistake, and room cleaning was not done for one day.
We have complained to the hotel, and the manager in charge presented a compensation plan.
I had to check out early in the morning of the last day, so I left my contact information, but there was no contact, and I tried to contact again recently, but there was no answer from the manager...
โIt was clean, convenient to stay in the accommodation where I stayed during my family trip for the past week, the facilities were pleasant, and the Ajim meal was delicious. I'm willing to tie it back. โ
โThe property was very clean and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They also had a parking garage for our car with a gate the you opened with your room key. You also needed your room key to go up the elevator which made us feel safer as the facility is in a downtown location. โ
โAll staff including security was nice they all greeted Except one gentleman in front desk when we got there he didnโt say nothing till I told him we had reservations. He couldnโt say welcome or at least hi something but nothing. Breakfast was late the 2 days, 2nd day lady said as soon as we walked in breakfast not ready she a little rude. I loved that there was security day n night. โ
โI had a fantastic experience during my stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the cozy bed and quiet environment, which made for a restful nightโs sleep.
