“This was an older clean property with very nice and helpful staff. The TV works only with the internet, which was down most of the time during my 2 day stay. The toilet rocket, cold water leaked continuously, and the weather stripping around the door was gone. I tried to let staff know, but the two times I walked to the office, the staff was not there. I did not realize they had no elevators and I am disabled. When I checked in, I had a second level room and the staff was very nice and moved me...

“Stayed at this motel twice now. Both times were good. Beds are super soft, almost too soft lol out of 5 pillows 4 were hard and flat. The rooms are a bit outdated but you get what you pay for so not bad overall. Will stay again. ”

“Most calming, beautiful scenery, huge windows with a beautiful view. Walked in and they put so much heart into decorating and had muffins, bottle of wine and music playing with the fireplace going. It was my husband and I 14th anniversary so it was amazing. ”

Having an assigned parking space was very helpful due to the scarcity of good parking near the walkable downtown area. If we get a chance to visit Eureka Springs again, we would love to stay here again.”

The charming log cabin had a hot tub on the back deck, wood burning fireplace, plenty of firewood, pet friendly, hiking trails around lakes within 5 miles, and of course Downtown Eureka Springs less than 10 minutes away! Staff were exceptional! They are environmentally friendly and make it easy to recycle. The room was very clean and the provided coffee was delicious! This was our first visit, but won’t be our last!”
