โThe decor of the building was awesome. The rooms have character, and were very tastefully decorated. It was very clean and welcoming. The people were friendly and accommodating. I definitely would recommend the Grady. The only drawback is no onsite parking. โ
โOffbeat elegance with just a touch whimsy we throughly enjoyed the 21C. Room was spacious and comfortable and oh so quiet. We loved roaming the galleries and were entertained by the random Penguins. The restaurant was excellent and the staff in the bar and restaurant were stellar. The location was excellent as well. โ
โOverall was a great trip. Downfalls we experienced our room smelled like plant food but was clean. A little room air freshener then it was good. The plants made it feel homie. We had to pay for parking due to event we were unaware of prior to arriving. Loved the little kitchen it had in the room, sitting lounge area, and the coffee bar. We had walking distance to a lot of different attractions. Very friendly environment. Would stay again. โ

The hotel had a very fresh look.It was a very conveinent to the downtown area. Jake who checked us in was great. We would definitely stay again.โ
โMeg and Melody were fantastic! Fun sharing stories about the mansion, and meeting others during breakfast - also appreciated the texts from Grace ahead of our stay with instructions on accessing the mansion, etc. Grace also recommended restaurants, and we had a magical evening at Buck's - Reggie played piano, Anthony greeted us warmly, reminisced about Buck (the prior owner), and shared a mutual admiration for Prince Rogers Nelson. Natalie was a dynamite server. Food and drinks were...
โI liked how friendly and helpful all of the staff was from the parking garage, the lobby, and to all of the places within the hotel. The hotel is connected to the KFC Yumm center via Skywalk, which is the reason that I was staying in Louisville. That was a super awesome perk.
The downfalls.. The bed looked like it was quickly made and very sloppy. The halls were filled with the staff that cleans the rooms, two hours after check-in time. There were crumbs all over the floor beside the bed like it...
