“The accommodation was clean and the service was exceptional.”

“The property was undergoing some renovations. We did not have access to the pool, or the main hotel. “World-class Hotel and Spa with phenomenal, six star facilities and impeccable service. We were cocooned in a paradise on earth. A phenomenal experience all around! One of our favorite hotels on earth!”

“All excellent, no complaints! Great hotel and staff always pleasant and available to help; comfortable beds; very good food; nice outdoor view of golf course from rooms and casual restaurant outdoors. Only issue, update the irons for clothing.”

“very clean a lot of restaurants”

“Well situated great hotel”

“The garden bar operated single handed by Tomelo was great. He could not be more helpful, informative and generally pleasant as well as being quick!! However The dining room staff require to take a leaf out of his book. At breakfast we found it necessary to remind them time and again to restock items on the buffet table and frequently we had to remind them to take our order or bring the coffee we had asked for. The could also be extremely raucous when guests were still dining.”

“New and clean. Comfortable enough to accomodate for business trip. It also has nice view for breakfast.”

“Nice and clean place with high security check at reception even visitors got fingerprint taken. However getting there can be confusing for taxis(Uber/Bolt) as Sat nat kept leading them to another building block nearby maybe because one of the main road towards Rosebank Mall has no access for cars.”
