"Hotel located in a great area that you can walk to many places or access public transportation easily. For an older building, it is well kept and clean and friendly staff. Only thing is the room was a bit basic with no refrigerator & microwave but those are accessible on the 12th floor."

"I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel location was perfect for what I wanted to do while visiting Chicago. Staff went above and beyond for anything I needed. Room was clean. My only negative if I had to be picky was the room being small but I wasn’t in there much so didn’t really bother me. Will absolutely stay there when I visit again!"

"The room was very nice . Aury and bright. Staff, especially the bell hop were friendly and helpful. Only drawback was the construction on the floor above us and the price of food at the resturant. But overall a good experience."

"The location and room itself worked well for us after a wedding on the Southside and using a Spot Hero parking place. The breakfast was very good, made fresh with good options but the tables needed to be bused and wiped down. The lobby needed tending to as well"
