"My stay at the hotel was certainly not a five star experience. The AC was not working in the room that I originally was put in and after one night of complaining they moved me to a new suite. That suite was on the sixth floor and had a small portable air-conditioning unit that barely kept the room cold. The staff was not helpful in the move, they were not wanting to relocate me in the hotel and the overall vibe and experience of the staff is certainly not a five star establishment. Nobody went out of their way to assist, they didn’t offer any compensation, assistance with moving rooms or any fraction of five star service. There is no turndown service, and in my opinion this is not a five star hotel."

"The location of the hotel was great, very near the subway. The stag was extremely helpful and were able to speak English which helped with our lack of French. We were there during the heat wave of over 100 and the air conditioning could. Or keep up. That couldn’t be avoided but was a little bit of a negative. I would recommend this hotel to friends."
