โLovely tranquil grounds and lovely room. Service was very good as was the food. Perfect for a weekend of walking, swimming and sightseeing. Or just kick back and relax โ
โThe hotel had a bit of character and was well located for access to the coast and nearby sights. Our room was large and comfortable with a table and chairs, plenty of storage space. The grounds were a good size, well maintained and great for sitting outside. Dinner was very good in a conservatory dining room. Staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful, happy to chat and offer advice on places to visit and things to do. A very enjoyable short stay โ
โI can't beleive this place wasn't busier!
Excellent service from a young and enthusiastic staff. Large well stocked bar inside and a lovely big outside seating area with screens, with a view of the sea. Dinner was excellent, we can recommend the paella.
Someone has had the brilliant idea of a breakfast hamper in the room. And you'll find this hard to believe but you actually get a pint of milk in the fridge, not those horrible sachets! I hope the hamper and milk idea catches on.

โ Very convenient for walking into Sheringham and connecting with North Norfolk amenities by train or bus, easy to get to the beach or stroll through the townโ
โThe property was in a lovely location. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
I do feel the price of an overnight stay should include breakfast as I find ยฃ14.95 per person a bit highโ
โWe had a beautiful 2 night stay here, pretty little village but close to a beautiful shingle beach. Sharon on the front desk was amazing, she offered us an upgrade which made the time very special. Food was amazing too, breakfast kept us going til the mid afternoon! Can highly recommend the veg tagine to share on the evening menu. Ideal spot for exploring the north Norfolk coast. โ
โStayed in room 17 of the Lawns annexe, a few minutes walk from the hotel. Room was large, quiet with superking bed and nice walkin shower. Parking on site. Breakfast was good and all staff friendly and helpful. Fresh milk for tea always a nice touch
Would have been handy to offer an umbrella in room as walk to hotel in rain not ideal Would certainly returnโ
โOne night, just me- I was impressed by the little eco-friendly touches, paper wrapped soap and coffee sachets little reductions in plastic add up. As other reviewers I thought it was a lovely touch to include decent breakfast options in a little bag that I could eat there or take away. Only issue was the noise made by the water whenever I, or another guest turned on taps, shower or toilet. It was disconcerting but everything worked fine and I was more than comfortable. Great stay, not bad price...
