“La ubicación super buena. El personal muy amable. Las habitaciones amplias y con aire acondicionado (mini split) también tienen estacionamiento muy iluminado y en general está bien.... En mi caso reserve de último minuto y estuvo lista la habitación cuando llegue... El único detalle es que se les olvidaron las toallas pero en recepción me las dieron”

“The staff were very nice and charismatic. There were not a lot of people there which was nice in our opinion. Right in the beach. Beach chairs/beds and a pool right outside. We had our own little patio. There was a little thing of water next the stairs to the patio- I thought it was a bird bath- partner let me know it’s to wash the sand off your feet- simple but I really appreciated it. “I'd stayed in horizon room for 3nights. It's the closest to the beach. you can see beautiful beach and sea. quiet and not crowded. If you don't rent a car, you have to take a taxi to go to the downtown. It cost about 100 peso. Breakfast is simple-bread and coffee. you'd better to order extra. We reported to the front desk twice and they kept telling us there was nothing they can do. The next day we came across a police officer on the property and asked about filing a report so we can take it to the US embassy. We were in room 8 which was a second story room & had a lovely outdoor sitting area with a view of both the pool and ocean. Our room had a king bed, AC, mini fridge, kettle & coffee maker. “The place needs a lot of updates, when it rains the water goes inside the cabins, it is super hot and muggy and they do not offer a portable ac or any options for the room to cool down. There's an animal that goes in guest cabins. Thru the leaking roof and looks for food . The cabins are covered with tarps so water does not get inside, and all the Beach was full of sargassum.
