“La ubicación super buena. El personal muy amable. Las habitaciones amplias y con aire acondicionado (mini split) también tienen estacionamiento muy iluminado y en general está bien.... En mi caso reserve de último minuto y estuvo lista la habitación cuando llegue... El único detalle es que se les olvidaron las toallas pero en recepción me las dieron”

“The staff were very nice and charismatic. There were not a lot of people there which was nice in our opinion. Right in the beach. Beach chairs/beds and a pool right outside. We had our own little patio. There was a little thing of water next the stairs to the patio- I thought it was a bird bath- partner let me know it’s to wash the sand off your feet- simple but I really appreciated it. We always seen somebody cleaning in the distance. It’s walkable. It’s in a sort of gated part of Tulum....

If you don't rent a car, you have to take a taxi to go to the downtown. It cost about 100 peso. Breakfast is simple-bread and coffee. you'd better to order extra. “The WORST hotel ever! Had a TERRIBLE experience after my partners passport/personal items went missing! (No cameras in the hotel). We reported to the front desk twice and they kept telling us there was nothing they can do. The next day we came across a police officer on the property and asked about filing a report so we can take it to the US embassy. “The Ola suite was perfect! Just steps to the ocean and we even slept with the doors wide open to enjoy the ocean breeze and sound of waves all night. We felt very safe. The breakfast and lunches we had there were excellent! They brought us food and drinks to our cabana, the beach bed and the pool. They all went above and way beyond to take care of us. “My husband & I stayed 4 nights recently. The hotel is just as pretty in person as it is online. The rooftop pool was beautiful, we didn’t make it to the pool on the 1st floor but it was calling our name every time we walked past it. Cat at the front desk checked us in, she was wonderful. “The place needs a lot of updates, when it rains the water goes inside the cabins, it is super hot and muggy and they do not offer a portable ac or any options for the room to cool down. There's an animal that goes in guest cabins. Thru the leaking roof and looks for food . The cabins are covered with tarps so water does not get inside, and all the Beach was full of sargassum. Also the government wants to charge you every day you enter the hotel property?”
