"I loved the hotel and service they provided. Although from the moment I checked in - I was told I would be in a different room which sort of upset me - they offered us a welcome mimosa and then told me we would be in a different room which made me happier and they told us we would be moved to the original room by day 2 of our stay. On day 3, we were moved to another room which was honestly better because the AC in the 2nd room did not work as well. They use WhatsApp to communicate and meet your needs and are respond quickly with your needs. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the drinks! I also got massages and they were one of the best messages Iā€™ve gotten by the beach. The only thing I would say is to watch out for roaches, crabs, and insects in the room. Personally I donā€™t like insects or animals in the room but if youā€™re up for that then youā€™ll love this hotel! Also - they help out with transportation from the airport to the hotel. Thank you Qamar for making Tulum an enjoyable experience."
