โstaff were wonderful , think her name was Roxy so helpful advised what time food was served and how to operate TV shower Wifi within room , parking was simple and checkout simple would stay again as great location and wonderful food โ
โNice location in beautiful St Ives. Close to station, Porthminster Beach and a bustling harbour with lovely shops and restaurants. Very nice staff. Large, Comfortable room overlooking sea. Due to hotel only having a couple of parking spaces, the nearest car park was down a steep hill with lots of steps which would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues.
Overall, an enjoyable stay. โ
โOnly stayed 1 night but would definitely stay again! The twin room was very nice, bathroom good and pretty quiet so a good night sleep. Bar and restaurant area very nice and the carvery was lovely and reasonably priced, staff helpful and polite. thank you โ
โDelightful friendly helpful staff. Room a little small and lacked a full length mirror but beds were comfortable and the view was unbeatable.

โBeautiful modern apartment close to the water and train station. A wonderful owner who helped us in every possible way. The only downside is that we expected at least a gas pump, as every time we travel, and we only found a microwave, it was sad. In addition, as an asthmatic, I had to clean up the dust myself, which clearly wasn't cleaned for a long time, because such amounts of dust are not even after a week. We couldn't sleep because I was suffocating all the first night until I cleaned up by...
โThe room was spacious with very good facilities, such as dish washer, washing machine, cooking utensils. Staff were friendly and welcoming. However, room service was not provided during my 3-night stay that made the atmosphere a bit chaotic, especially the toilet hygiene. In addition, plants inside living room or dining room were dying without proper attention.โ
