"The actual rooms were not very clean, floors still had dirt on some tables in the bars not wiped down and very few bars open during busy periods after 930pm sending you to one area to long ques. Hotel is amazing set in wonderful grounds and location and staff really helpful."

"Plenty of parking and reasonable price. Room was good and very clean. Super comfortable bed. Check in quick and staff very helpful. Evening menu food good choice and we'll cooked. Breakfast service was a little chaotic. Tables not cleared and tables not set for new sittings. Chef kept hot food topped up but other items like juice ran out and we're not quickly replaced. Would stay again as so convenient for M5 south"

"Breakfast and helpful receptionist very good. I booked this hotel as it had an EV charger. Our neighbours in the room nextdoor were a bit noisy, but no fault of the hotel. The duvets were too warm for a summer's day, and only read the bit about asking for a sheet too late."

"We had an enjoyable time staying here. A pit stop on the way to another venue. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The sauna and steam room were excellent. The staff very pleasant, helpful and smiley. We didn’t try any food here as we went out. Would stay here again."
