"My room was kind of small, the bathroom was nice, but the walls are very thin. I could hear someone coughing."

"The stay was wonderful. Although I had several small incidents. The help knocked and opened my door as my husband and I were sleeping. Claiming I showed as being checked out when I actually extended my reservation and had gone twice to the front desk to confirm my room extended stay/reservation. They confused our information with a different name I guess they were reviewing the wrong room after a few minutes going back and forth It all got cleared. We also kindly asked the front desk to please refresh our room confirming as we left the hotel. When we arrived the towels were thrown on the couch , the trash was full, my bed was not made nothing was cleaned.Very disappointing since my husband and I had a long night out returning to our room exhausted . I called the front desk and they offered to resend someone although we were extremely tired we sat in the lobby area bar, until our room was done. Other than those few incidents the place is beautiful, clean, peaceful and comfortable to stay. Very lovely staff 😉👌"

"The staff was extremely unhelpful and did not explain the requirement to pay for parking in order to leave the premises. The parking is managed by a third-party and was not working. There was no one on site that could help troubleshoot it and the security that was there was extremely rude. They were demanding to see a receipt to prove that I paid for parking win. You have to pay in order to leave the parking garage and the box that you pay at does not provide a receipt. This establishment needs to be trained on how to troubleshoot the parking box if they’re going to require that Hilton customers park their car there than they have to do better. I paid over $120 for parking when it should have only been $55. The security guard was combative and was harassing me. She went out of her way to come up to my vehicle and knock on my window. I was trying to leave. I was extremely late to my sister‘s graduation at USC. I would never recommend anyone to stay here when we checked into the hotel. It smelled like a dead animal, they offered to come in and clean it and instead of just getting me a new room they finally got me a new room and it was gonna be on a different floor than what my family was on which was extremely inconvenient."
