โThe location one of the best parts of this hotel. You are steps away from luxury shops and restaurants. You have access to Zero Bond and a speak easy bar (located in the basement). The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the space was pretty good. โ
โThe history behind the hotel is so cool. William, the bellhop was so knowledgeable. I wish there was a formal tour as part of the check in service and that William had a whole staff under him to help lift up the historical aspect of the hotel. I could have spent much more time talking and wish I didn't feel like I was interrupting him from doing his job.
