"Perfect location between nature, the beach, and Patong I really enjoyed staying at Avista Hideaway. The location was one of the best parts of the hotel. It feels peaceful, private, and surrounded by nature, but Patong Beach, restaurants, and nightlife are still nearby. I especially loved being able to hike from the hotel area toward Freedom Beach. During the day, I could enjoy a beautiful, quieter beach and nature, and at night I could easily go into Patong. Phuket was also a great base for island-hopping trips, so there was always something different to do. The location gave me the perfect balance: relaxing and secluded without feeling too far away from everything. I would definitely stay here again."

"5 star hotel for staff friendliness. They all went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. From reception through to breakfast staff, amazing service. Can't speak highly enough about them. Breakfast is also 5 star. Absolutely amazing variety. Freshly squeezed juice everyday was a winner for us. Pool is ok. They have 3 pools running alongside each other, but not joined. They are not very big either, a little bit narrow but long. Rooms are a little bit dated. Clean enough but older. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."

"We booked this hotel because the group we were traveling with chose it based on TikTok reviews. For the price point, I think we could have purchased something better. However, we really enjoyed the welcome drink, breakfast, spa, floating lunch, and rooftop dinner. You can tell that this place is trying hard to reinvest into the property. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They even helped me arrange a welcome anniversary surprise for my wife. We booked a partial sea view room. Initially, we had a corner room with great AC and no view of the sea. Then we moved to a room with a partial view of the sea but with poor AC. My wife and I used the concierge to arrange a private tour for sightseeing. Minnie was attentive, personable, helpful, and communicative. The personal tour and driver she booked was the highlight of the trip. Also, this property sits on a steep hill. There’s a beach and 7-11 nearby, however, I wouldn’t walk to it. The property has golf carts and maybe you can have the staff drive you up and down the hill. They don’t even walk the hill. Overall, great staff, good property, and alright breakfast, but I think you can find more bang for your buck somewhere else. TikTok has overhyped this property. It wasn’t near anything we visited taking 45-1 hr to get anywhere."
