โThe free onsen was great but we did not know then went to other day onsen after climb the Mt Fuji. Dinner was delicious at the onsen restaurant. I will try the BBQ next time I book again. Over all it was a great stay, must stay at least 3 nights if you plan to climb the mountain. Offered 30mins late check out for free of charge. Thank you. โ
โA spacious villa for our family of 5 with 2 beds and a few tatami. Thereโs a small private osen outside the bathroom. A kettle and simple eating utensils are provided. Location is convenient in terms of access to convenient stores and restaurants nearby. Very happy with our stay!โ
โThis property was the best Ryoken hotel I've ever stayed at! The manager helped us get to Kawaguchiko station to start our hike on Mt.Fuji and provided us breakfast to go โค๏ธ! I recommend this place over any other if you're looking around the area to stay. Thank you for all that you do, we appreciate you!!!!โ
โThe room is huge but very very old and dirty. Hopefully the hotel will keep clean more to meet at least the standard of the hotel criteria.
We checked in at night, so we are tired from the trip. It would be better if the staff would not throw the check in job to the trainee who knows nothing like his first day. Due to this, made us tired even more to wait for him to finished checking in job around 30mins. If the permanent staff wants the trainee to work please guide him how to work not let him...
โA basic inn, but staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful and our mountain view rooms were spectacular. A bit of a distance from the station, but worth it to be so close to Fuji. Walk to many restaurants.โ

Also on the checked out day, i was surprised a lot when came back to the room at 9.20am after breakfast that my room was open widely. At that time my belongings and valuable things were spread in the room. I felt terrible with this hotel security and service a lot. And i will not come back here again. "
